Quality Assurance Plans and Forms

Monitoring and Assessment Section projects involving the generation, acquisition, and use of environmental data are planned through the development of QAPPs, CWQM project plans, QAPs or other planning documents. These documents are developed by project managers, quality assurance staff, technical staff, management, and contractors using a systematic planning process, such as the data quality objectives process, as defined in the Guidance on Systematic Planning Using the Data Quality Objectives Process, EPA QA/G-4 , or comparable alternative.
