Contested Case Hearing on Fort Bend County MUD No. 143's Proposed Major Amendment to TPDES Permit No. WQ0015241001

The State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) will conduct a formal contested case hearing on Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 143's proposed major amendment to Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Permit No. WQ0015241001 to authorize an increase in the discharge of treated domestic wastewater from a daily average flow not to exceed 200,000 gallons per day (gpd) to a daily average flow not to exceed 500,000 gpd.

Please note that this is a Contested Case Hearing conducted not by the TCEQ, but by the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH), which was created expressly for that purpose.
