    Statewide rules limit particulate matter emissions and opacity from affected sources. Fugitive dust control rules also apply in a portion of Nueces County.

    Controlling Sulfur Dioxide Pollution

    Statewide rules limit sulfur dioxide emissions and ground level concentrations from affected sources.
