Consideration of a request for an Emergency Order by EXXON CHEMICAL ASSET MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP to discharge retention basin water and once-through cooling water from the butadiene refrigeration skid to BOP clean stormwater system and Outfall 002 from their Baytown Olefins Plant. Outfall 002 discharges into an unnamed ditch; thence to West Fork of Goose Creek; thence to Goose Creek; thence to Tabs Bay in Segment No. 2426 of the Bays and Estuaries. (E.J. Bernacki)
