The disposal volume is not to exceed an average of 22,500 gallons per day. Application rates for the irrigated land are not to exceed 3.44 acre-feet/acre/year. No discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State is authorized by this permit. The wastewater treatment facilities and the disposal site are approximately 3.8 miles east of the intersection of New Sulphur Springs Road and Interstate Highway Loop 410 in Bexar County, Texas.
