Item 2. | Docket No. 97-0300-WEA. Application No. E630030A; POWELL PLANT FARMS, INC. seeks to obtain a Texas weather modification license for Fiscal Year 1997, under Texas Water Code Chapter 18, Rules of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission 30 TAC Chapter 289, and the Texas Weather Modification Act of 1967. Applicant has not previously held a Texas weather-modification license. This application is for authorization to operate a hail suppression device, during any time of the year, during the years 1996-1999 within a portion of Cheorkee County, Texas.
