Issuance of this Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) permit will replace the existing National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. TX0002682 issued on June 3, 1988 and TNRCC Permit No. 01516, issued on May 28, 1993. The applicant operates a steam electric plant. The plant site is located at 9911 Perrin-Beitel Road (the west side of Farm-to-Market Road 2252), approximately one (1) mile north of Loop 410 on the north side of the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
