Consideration of permit application # 13465-001, submitted by WRE UTILITIES, INC. for a permit renewal (proposed TPDES Permit No. 13465-001), which authorizes the discharge of treated domestic wastewater with a daily average flow not to exceed 25,000 gallons per day. The wastewater treatment facility serves The Willow Ridge Estates Subdivision. The facility is located adjacent to and east of LaSalle Drive, approximately ½ mile northwest of the intersection of LaSalle Drive and State Highway 105 in Montgomery County, Texas.
