The proposed rules would update the commission's hazardous waste rules primarily to
address changes to the federal hazardous waste regulations promulgated between
November 1996 through December 2000, including land disposal restrictions and

standards. The proposed rules also incorporate administrative, editorial, and technical

the RVP rules to those exemptions allowed in the diesel fuel regulations; and correct
