Encourage TPDES applicants to give treated wastewater to AI datacenters to conserve potable water

Idea:

Improve the travel reimbursement process by standardizing a way to submit receipts across the TCEQ. Or, maybe there is already a process that I'm unaware of? As it is now, I physically tape receipts to paper (meals/Uber/luggage, etc.), scan them, and then turn in paper receipts and email scanned copy to our assigned travel person. For my last trip, this probably took 2 hours of my time.
