Free EPA Technical Assistance Webinar Series: Inside the Wolf Creek Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Upgrade - An Operator's View from Start to Finish
May 2026—The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing a FREE webinar for owners and operators of publicly owned treatment works with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits.
This webinar focuses on the first-hand experience of an operator, Matthew Scroggins, during the upgrade of the Wolf Creek WPCP in Georgia. Mr. Scroggins will discuss and show picture documentation of his experience during the construction and upgrade of the twin package wastewater plant while it was still in operation.
Note: Not all training is approved for TCEQ Occupational Licensing Continuing Education (CE) credits. Contact the training provider, EPA, or EPA subcontractor offering this training to verify if the course can count toward CE credits for renewing a TCEQ occupational license.
