Free Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Workshop – Waco

May 2019 - It’s not too late for owners and operators of Phase II MS4s to register to attend a free workshop! There are still seats available in Waco.

This workshop will provide you with valuable information to prepare a Stormwater Management Plan and provide insight on completing your annual report.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) renewed the Small (Phase II) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit (TXR040000) on January 24, 2019. The deadline to file a Notice of Intent and Stormwater Management Plan is July 23, 2019.

The final workshop in this series will be held at the following location:

Waco – Tues. June 4, 2019 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (lunch on your own)

Seating is limited and is expected to fill up quickly. Those who register will be seated first; walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat. The workshop starts promptly at 9 a.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to secure your seat.

The Stormwater Program and Small Business & Local Government Assistance staff will be available to answer questions.
