Lead and Copper Rule Revisions: Virtual Engagements

April 2021 - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be hosting virtual public listening sessions on Lead & Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) so that communities and stakeholders may provide their perspectives on protections from lead in drinking water.

EPA is seeking input on these rule revisions including from individuals and communities most at-risk of exposure. The impact of lead exposure, including through drinking water, is a public health issue of paramount importance and its adverse effects on children and public health are serious and well known.

Sign up to participate and help EPA ensure that the rule is grounded in the lived experiences of Americans and the perspectives of your communities.

The sessions are being offered on April 28, 2021 and May 5, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., eastern daylight time. Those interested in speaking can sign up for a 3-minute time slot by submitting a registration form(link removed).
