Free Workshops on Developing an MS4 Stormwater Management Plan

The TCEQ is offering FREE workshops designed to assist Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) owners and operators in urbanized areas comply with the Revised MS4 Phase II general permit.

The revised MS4 permit became effective January 24, 2019. MS4s will have until July 23, 2019, to submit a Notice of Intent and Stormwater Management Plan.

Topics covered during the workshop include an overview of the MS4 permit, developing a Stormwater Management Plan and highlights on preparing an annual report.

Workshops will be held at the following locations:
