Public Meeting: Expedited Compliance Order
TCEQ will hold informational meetings to explain the proposed Expedited Compliance Order process. Expedited Compliance Orders may be used for certain violations that can be corrected quickly that do not have a significant impact on human health and the environment. This process will allow the agency and respondents to achieve compliance and resolve violations as expeditiously as possible. These meetings will be informational and will provide opportunities for questions. A virtual option will be provided for this meeting.
