Vapor Recovery Unit Capture/Control Guidance
There has been some concern regarding the appropriate capture efficiency to claim for Mechanical Vapor Recovery Units (mVRUs). In response to this concern, the TCEQ has established the following guidance to appropriately account for emissions from mVRUs.
