TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's proposed amendment and renewal of Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State General Permit TXG920000.
TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on BAP Kennor Landfill, LLC's proposed new Registration Application No. 40335 to construct and operate a Type V municipal solid waste recycling facility. The proposed facility, BAP Kennor C&D Recycling Facility, will be located at 3411 Silver Creek Road, Fort Worth 76108, in Tarrant County.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the draft TMDL in one assessment unit: Cotton Bayou Tidal 0801C_01.
The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate an informational meeting on Bellagio 443, LLC's proposed petition for the creation of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 15, TCEQ Internal Control No. D-09072022-008.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on J7 Ready Mix, LLC's proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 172856, which would authorize construction of a concrete batch plant located at 5428 East Farm-to-Market Road 1187, Burleson, Tarrant County, Texas 76028.
TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate an informational meeting on Dry Creek Materials LLC's proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 174388, which would authorize construction of a permanent rock crushing facility located in Quinlan, Hunt County, Texas 75474.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss water quality issues affecting communities in the Big Creek watershed and present the draft Big Creek Watershed Implementation Plan.

The TCEQ's Cross-Connection Control Program is hosting a quarterly meeting on backflow, cross-connections, and current events in the industry.
The proposed rulemaking (Rule Project Number 2024-004-030-WS) will implement changes made to the statute during the 88th Legislative Session. The TCEQ also proposes to incorporate changes that would: 1) memorialize resiliency training requirements for licensed water operators; 2) require fingerprinting for all applicants of an occupational license for conducting criminal history reviews; 3) reduce the required number of continuing education (CE) credits to renew a Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank Project Manager license; and 4) make other updates as necessary to provide consistency with other licensing requirements and rules.
TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public hearing on Holcim-SOR, Inc.,'s Proposed Air Quality Standard Permit for a Concrete Batch Plant with Enhanced Controls, Registration Number 173955, to authorize the operation of a permanent concrete batch plant with enhanced controls. The facility's proposed location is in Gunter, Grayson County, Texas 75058.
TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on TOR Texas, LLC's Proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 174858, which would authorize construction of a permanent concrete batch plant located at 13001 Old Denton Road, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas 76177.

Public meeting to provide an introduction on the Recreational Use Attainability Analysis (RUAA) projects on Ash, Dosier, and Derrett Creeks. This meeting will be an opportunity to learn about the projects and for the public to provide valuable information on the study areas. Staff from the Houston–Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) have been working with communities, interest groups, and local organizations to distribute information about this project and involve stakeholders in developing the Oyster Creek I-Plan for watershed improvement. All public meetings about this project are open to anyone interested.
