Step 4: How to Create a Tier II Report

This is the fourth step of six reporting steps. Learn how to create a Tier II report using the online Tier II reporting system.

You can create Tier II reports in two ways:

  • generate a new report; or
  • import and revise information from a previous year’s report.

The Tier2 Submit Software is updated annually. You need to download it each year to create your report.
