Current Site Status

The Remedial Action and cleanup was completed according to the requirements of the Record of Decision and there is no longer a threat to human health and the environment.  Institutional controls (i.e., deed restrictions) are in place and have been recorded at the local county offices to ensure that the Site’s use remains industrial/commercial. Operation and maintenance activities and monitoring are ongoing.
