Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Revisions to 30 TAC Chapter 210 and 309
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ or commission) will conduct a public hearing to receive testimony regarding proposed revisions to 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 309, Domestic Wastewater Effluent Limitations and Plant Siting, and 30 TAC Chapter 210, Use of Reclaimed Water under the requirements of Texas Water Code, §§26.551 - 26.562 and Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001, Subchapter B.
