Caddo Lake: Developing a Watershed Protection Plan

A project to develop a Watershed Protection Plan (WPP) for Caddo Lake in northeast Texas.

Project Description

The Northeast Texas Municipal Water District led the development of the Caddo Lake Watershed Protection Plan  to implement activities that are expected to improve water quality in the lake. The District used multiple watershed models to identify and quantify the sources of bacteria and nutrients in the lake system and support development of the WPP.
