This annual seminar, held in the fall, offers updates of rules and regulations in the TCEQ's Water Quality Division to an ever-changing customer base in the regulated community. This seminar details the application and technical review of municipal, industrial, storm water, CAFO and sludge permits. The permitting process is explained in detail with staff answering questions. This exchange will help to bring in more accurate permit applications and expedite permitting time frames. There are also updates on homeland security, reclaimed water, pretreatment, and environmental management systems.
