Note on Effective Date of Rules
Explains the effective date of rules.
The effective date listed on the Index to TCEQ Rules in PDF Format is
changed when the revised rule becomes available and is uploaded. If
recent adoptions have been made to the rule in which you are
interested, please verify that incorporations have been completed
and uploaded. Adoptions listed on the Adoptions Page may not have yet been
incorporated. Revised current rules are listed on the What's New page as soon as they are
available and uploaded and are sent out on the What's New
in Rules e-mail group (list serve).
