SIP Revision: Northeast Texas Region, April 19, 2000

Revision to the Flexible Attainment Region (FAR) State Implementation Plan for northeast Texas adopted on April 19, 2000.
On April 19, 2000, the TCEQ adopted a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to incorporate two agreed orders into the Northeast Texas SIP. This page provides information on this revision to the SIP.

Key Changes: This revision incorporates into the SIP an agreed order signed by the Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations, of Longview, Texas, in Harrison County (account number HH-0042-M). The agreed order makes federally enforceable certain local ozoneprecursor emission reductions of nitrogen oxides (NO x) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
