Dam Safety Workshops for Owners and Operators
TCEQ staff present practical and straightforward information on issues that affect anyone who owns or operates a dam including: state dam safety laws and regulations and enforcement, emergency action plans and maintenance issues for all areas on a dam, and recommendations for correction.
The workshop begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. Lunch and refreshment breaks, included in the $49.00 registration fee, give you the opportunity to meet and network with your state dam safety officials and other dam owner/operators like yourself. You will also receive a copy of the Dam Owner and Operator Safety Workshop Participant Manual, which offers valuable information.
