Pre-Approved Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs)

Pre-Approved SEPs are environmental enhancement projects performed by a 3rd Party Administrator utilizing contributions from Respondents. The below list are the active projects, with funding status updated as of 05/15/2024.

The table below is searchable and column visibility can be turned on and off. A column does not need to be visible to be included in your search. You can type any combination of words in the search bar to see what projects a Respondent is eligible to contribute to. For example, if the Air violations were located in Harris County, typing "air Harris" would filter the table to show eligible projects. Funding Status is approximate and includes contributions that may be pending. If you have any questions on the functionality of this table, or need assistance determining which project to give to, please email SEPReports@tceq.texas.gov.
