Air PBR 106.101: Domestic Heating and Cooling

Air PBR 106.102: Comfort Heating
Combustion units that are designed and used exclusively for comfort heating purposes and use liquid petroleum gas; natural gas; solid wood; or distillate fuel oil are permitted by rule under 30 TAC Section 106.102. No registration or record keeping is required.
