Templates for Preparing Notices in Spanish for Water Quality Permit Applications

Templates for notices that must be published in Spanish when applying for a water quality permit. Spanish templates are provided for convenience of the applicant, to reduce their cost of translating the notices.

In some cases, notices that must be published when applying for a water quality permit must also be published in Spanish.

To find out whether Spanish language notice is required for your permit application, contact the school district that operates the elementary and middle schools nearest to the facility. If either of the schools has a bilingual education program, you must publish notices in Spanish.
