NEWSubmitting Individual Wastewater Permit Application Copies Electronically

In an effort to streamline wastewater permitting reviews, the TCEQ Water Quality Division is requesting electronic copies of individual wastewater permit applications be submitted via TCEQ’s file transfer protocol (FTP) server to WQDeCopy@tceq.texas.gov. Submittal of electronic copies of applications does not relieve applicants of the requirement to submit a hardcopy original and 2 additional copies, per TCEQ Rule 30 TAC §305.48. For instructions on using the agency's FTP, or other questions about the submittal of electronic copies, please view the frequently asked questionsMicrosoft Word Document.

Please note, the initial review start date will begin once the original application is stamped received by the TCEQ mailroom.
