Old Vehicle or Equipment Photos for Your Application
Photos of your old vehicle or equipment must be submitted with your application. See below for requirements and examples.
Photo Requirements
Prepare your photos to submit with your application.
All photos must be:
- Clear (not blurry)
- Color photos
- High-resolution images (images that allow us to zoom in to see all components clearly)
- Labeled by activity number (e.g., Act 1, Act 2)
If you are applying for multiple vehicles of pieces of equipment in a single application, make sure photos correspond to the correct vehicle or equipment.
List of required photos:
- Exterior: Front, rear, and both sides of the vehicle or equipment. The photo must allow us to see the entire vehicle or equipment (i.e., don’t cut off the top or bottom).
- Engine: The photo must show entire engine.
- Engine plate and stickers
- The following information must be included:
- engine make
- engine model
- engine year
- engine serial number
- engine family code
- More than one photo may be necessary to capture all the required information.
- Provide a clear, color photo of the engine plate or sticker or metal stamp that displays all engine data. Ensure all parts of the plate or stickers are easy to see and read.
