Lead Transport Plan for the 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standard
This revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for lead transport sets forth how the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will meet the Federal Clean Air Act (FCAA), §110(a)(1) requirement for states to submit SIP revisions within three years after the promulgation of new or revised National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) to meet the requirements of FCAA, §110(a)(2), including FCAA, §110(a)(2)(D)(i), relating to interstate transport.
