Infrastructure Demonstration for the 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standard
This revision to the state implementation plan (SIP) for lead infrastructure is being submitted to meet the Federal Clean Air Act (FCAA), §110(a)(1) requirement for states to submit SIP revisions within three years after the promulgation of new or revised National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) to meet the infrastructure requirements of FCAA, §110(a)(2).
