Dry Cleaning Activities Report to the 89th Texas Legislature
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is required to submit, on or before Dec. 1 of each even-numbered year, a report to the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of representatives, and members of the appropriate standing committees of the senate and the house of representatives (THSC, Section 374.056). This report shall include a compilation of the following data for the previous two fiscal years: 1) The funds collected and deposited to the Dry Cleaning Facility Release Fund (the Fund), 2) The disbursements from the Fund and the purposes of the disbursements, 3) The extent of corrective action conducted, 4) The ranking of sites on the date the report is made.
