Systematic Evidence Map for 16 PFAS Chemicals
This document is the systematic map that shows the available literature from the literature search conducted on May 19, 2021. Each article was screened at the title/abstract level by applying the Population, Exposure, Comparator, Outcome (PECO) statement. References that were included, excluded, unclear, or had no abstract are shown in the separate worksheets in the file. Characterization of the types of human, animal, and mechanistic studies available for each of the relevant PFAS compounds was subsequently conducted.
