Systematic Review and Evidence Integration for 16 Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS)
This document describes the Systematic Review and Evidence Integration for 16 PFAS. The purpose of the systematic review was to re-evaluate the relevant literature available for these 16 PFAS with the goal of supporting the derivation of relevant oral toxicity factors (reference doses), and when data are available the derivation of inhalation toxicity factors (reference concentrations, effects screening levels) in development support documents (DSDs).
