A scientific report detailing the development of seventeen total maximum daily loads for bacteria, dissolved oxygen and pH in Adams Bayou, Cow Bayou and their associated tributaries. These TMDLs are used to determine allowable loadings in new or amended permits for discharges of indicator bacteria and oxygen-demanding substances in wastewater and stormwater into the watershed.
