Financial Assurance for Public Drinking Water Systems
Financial assurance requirements and contact information pertaining to public drinking water systems.
Public water systems that are required to provide financial assurance must do so according to the rules found in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC) Chapter 37, Subchapter O .
