Photo Requirements for Your TxVEMP Grant
Overview of how to take photos to meet the disposition requirements of your grant contract and examples of photos.
Photo Guidance
TxVEMP grantees must take photos before and after destroying the old equipment and submit them to us along with the Disposition Form (TCEQ-20861). See all disposal requirements.
Pro Tip: We recommend that you spray paint the area you intend to cut to make it as clearly visible as possible in your photos.
- Both sides of the entire vehicle or piece of equipment while still in operating condition.
- Both sides of the engine.
- Both sides of the entire vehicle or piece of equipment after destruction.
- Both frame rails completely cut in half.
- The whole engine block with a 3-inch hole or larger cut on both sides that cannot be repaired.
- Left, right, front, and back of engine block.
- Both sides of the engine block, 3-inch holes or larger cut on the sides. One of the holes must be close to the engine ID number.
- Engine ID number and one of the holes.
