Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Revisions to 30 TAC Chapter 17 and Chapter 18
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (commission) will offer a public hearing to receive testimony regarding rules applicable to Tax Relief for Property Used for Environmental Protection and Voter-Approval Tax Relief for Pollution Control Requirements. These proposals are made under the requirements of Texas Water Code, §5.102, §5.103 and the Texas Tax Code, §11.31 and §26.045.
