The hearing is structured for the receipt of oral or written comments by interested persons. Open discussion will not be permitted during the hearing; however, commission staff members will be available to discuss the proposal 30 minutes prior to the formal hearing, starting at 9:30 a.m. The receipt of formal oral testimony will begin at 10:00 a.m.
This proposed rulemaking is required to implement HB 1688 from the 88th legislative session (R). The Financial Administration Division will be conducting a rulemaking to amend Chapter 37, Subchapter W.
