TCEQ will conduct a public hearing to receive testimony regarding proposed revisions to 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 290, Public Drinking Water; and 291, Utility Regulations, for consistency with the legislative updates to TWC, §13.1394 and §13.1395; to add weather resiliency requirements; and to clarify and streamline existing state rules; under the requirements of Texas Health and Safety Code, §382.017 and Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001, Subchapter B.
