EPA’s Free Technical Assistance Webinars

July 2022 - EPA is conducting free webinars for owners and operators of publicly owned treatment works (POTWs) on July 14 and Aug. 31, from noon to 1:30 p.m.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is offering small wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) a series of technical assistance webinars on best practices for optimizing performance. These webinars can help you understand the root causes of common problems WWTP operators face and will provide suggestions and resources to help you fine-tune operations and fix noncompliance problems.

EPA hosted a series of webinars highlighting ways in which many organizations across the water sector are implementing programs to help utilities as they address their own workforce challenges.
This program aggregates the best web resources for small system operators in a free, user-friendly location. This is supported by the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with funding from EPA.
