TCEQ Launches Electronic Submittals for the Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Registration Program
August 2021 – You can now submit registrations for both aboveground and underground storage tanks online through the State of Texas Electronic Environmental Reporting System (STEERS).
You can now electronically submit:
- initial registrations
- construction notices
- updated contact, ownership, operator information, or tank details
- financial assurance documents
We still accept mailed or faxed forms and documents, but you will receive registration and self-certification certificates faster by submitting through STEERS.
To submit online, create a STEERS account by visiting the STEERS website.
