Use this form to submit updates to your public water system's emergency contacts.
Please fill out this form to submit updates to your public water system's emergency contacts. The paper version of this form is also mailed to all public water systems every two years and helps ensure the TCEQ has the most up-to-date emergency contact information for your public drinking water system. You may choose to either complete this online form or complete and submit the paper form. The information provided will be used to contact the water system in case of a natural disaster or other emergency. Email addresses provided will be kept confidential.
