TPDES General Permit TXR040000 authorizes the discharge of storm water to surface water in the state from small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s).

Notice of Intent: This form is required to be submitted by operators of small MS4s regulated and seeking authorization under TPDES General Permit TXR040000. The instructions detailing how to fill the Notice of Intent are included in this form.

Waiver Certification Form: This form is required to be submitted by operators of regulated small MS4s seeking to obtain a waiver from permitting requirements.
