We want your input.

The TCEQ Scrap Tire Program is holding a virtual stakeholder meeting to get feedback on current and future rulemaking topics that affect scrap tire management in Texas.

Stakeholder Meeting Topics Include:

  • Market Trends and Common Practices
  • Annual Reporting
  • Manifesting
  • Local Official/Emergency Response Involvement
  • Mobile Processing
  • Illegal Dumping

We also want to hear about any challenges you’ve had with the program - such as inefficiencies, redundancies, or barriers. Your comments will help shape future program updates.

Please note: This meeting will not include any proposed rule language.
