VCP Guidance
Guidance documents that contains information about the voluntary cleanup program.
The following guidance documents are used by the VCP for various technical issues. The documents originated from the practical application of VCP laws and rules. Although considered final, public comment on all of the guidance documents are being accepted to ensure your input on each guidance document. Should one be revised, a revision date will be placed at the top of the document. If you have any comments or questions, please send an e-mail to VCP@tceq.texas.gov. Draft VCP guidance documents under development will be placed on this page for your comments in the near future.
