Pending Proposals are staff recommendations that have been filed with the Chief Clerk, but have not yet been voted on by the commissioners. At a future date, the commissioners will discuss and vote on the proposal. If approved, the proposal will be filed with the Texas Register for public comment and moved to Proposals. These drafts are courtesy copies and are subject to change. This site will be updated only if the agency makes substantive changes before the agenda date.

2024-043-060-CE Compliance History Rule (Chapter 60) Revisions
The proposed rulemaking would revise 30 TAC Chapter 60, Compliance History, to allow the commission to increase the frequency that compliance histories are evaluated, establish new criteria for determining repeat violators, and create new classification thresholds based on complexity.
