Tax Relief: Tier I Table and Expedited Review List
The Tier I Table is a list of pollution control property/equipment determined by TCEQ to be eligible for a positive use determination. The Expedited Review List is a nonexclusive list of facilities, devices, or methods for the control of air, water, and/or land pollution as listed in Texas Tax Code, §11.31(k).
