Now Available: Template for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan under the Multi-Sector General Permit
June 2022 - TCEQ has published the revised SWP3 template for the 2021 MSGP (TXR050000).
Facilities that file a Notice of Intent application for the MSGP 
must develop and implement a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWP3). Your SWP3 outlines your plans and best management practices to prevent or reduce contaminants discharged in stormwater runoff.
The permit renewed on August 14, 2021, and the revised SWP3 template addresses its requirements. Our template is an optional resource to help you develop your plan.
